Peggy Olive Rybolt
"grandmother orange"
These are some pictures I wanted to share with y'all of a woman who has made a difference in each of our lives. From the jokes she told to the tennis she has taught, Peggy was an extraordinary grandmother, mother, and friend to everyone she encountered.
fall of 2006, she loved the outdoors

Pauline has been wonderful these past few years. She always referred to Peggy as "beautiful lady"...what a perfect name!
As I am sure you also remember, Peggy has written some poems. I wanted to share two of my favorites with you.
"JUNALUSKA"
The fresh morning air is streaked with gold
A the rising sun becomes more bold.
The mountains in the distance stand so tall
While our cares on earth become so small.
So another glorious day on earth begins
And the lesson of love and faith never ends.
This next one was originally written for Westminister Towers but I can imagine her saying this now in Heaven.
Here is were I need to be-
anyone can plainly see,
Good food, good friends
and many things to do.
It all so gently blends
into a life that's fine
And now is mine.
I love all of you so much! -Karen

Thanks for sharing your memories. The photos were a nice touch. love, Aunt A
Thank you Karen. I always thought it wasn't fair that you didn't get to experience GMR like I did because of your age. But then I looked at your post and realized that you had your own unique experience of GMR and that it was obviously important and meaningful for you. So thank you for your entry.
